1 Corinthians 1:26 (KJV) For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
God The Father of The Lord Jesus Christ IS NOT INTERESTED in the might of our fleshly bodies with reference to gaining favor with Him. Verse 29 says no fleshly might or capability will be allowed to receive glory in God’s eyes. Verse 31 says God will only allow faith, trust and obedience to Christ to receive glory in His sight.
Therefore, proving the might and veracity of our human manhood by Standing Up and Coming Out is excluded from receiving glory from God because it has to do with fleshly ability which leads to pride!
Believing and Trusting in Christ for everything concerning salvation is the only way to receive glorification in God’s eyes. Our human accomplishments and capabilities are feeble when compared to Christ’s power and capabilities. God will not ever allow our efforts to Save ourselves to receive glory. Believing in Christ continually and solely for daily salvation is the only way we can glory in God’s sight. Christ’s ministry toward us and our receiving His ministry by faith and patience is the only way to glory.
